Here’s what you need to know before stepping into our program…No fluff, just straight answers.

  • We don’t do access cards or group chaos. Every session here is intentional, coach-led, and adapted to you. Whether 1-on-1 or group, it’s about results — not reps for the sake of reps.

  • Nope. You just need to be committed. Whether you’re deconditioned or coming from another program, we’ll start where you are and build from there.

  • Fill out the [Application Form] to schedule a free assessment & training session. We’ll talk goals, injuries, habits, and build a clear plan.

    • Group Class: $180 / quarter (M–Th @ 6PM, Sat @ 9AM)

    • Personal Training: Starts at $150 (2x/week for 4 weeks)
      Custom packages available for more frequency, more people, or remote coaching.

  • Absolutely. I offer small team/family sessions tailored to shared goals and schedules. Just include that in your application.

  • Yes. For remote clients or those looking for structure between sessions, I offer online programming + coaching check-ins.

  • In my private 900 sq. ft. garage gym in Purcell, OK. Address is provided after assessment is scheduled — it’s a focused, distraction-free zone.

  • All programs are custom. We start with a full health questionnaire and build around what your body needs — not just what’s on the whiteboard.
