Submit Your Goals

 STEP 1 - Set a clock for 5 minutes

STEP 2 - Write down as many (fitness and health) goals as possible in that 5 minutes. Don’t think, just write down as many as you can!

STEP 3 - After the 5 minutes. Select your TOP 3 goals and submit them.
