  • Small-group training built on structure, progression, and accountability. This isn’t open gym and it isn’t chaos.

    Each session includes:

    • Planned strength and conditioning

    • Scalable intensity for all levels

    • Coaching throughout the hour

    This option is best for people who want direction, community, and consistency—without losing focus.

    Investment:
    $180 per quarter (Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall)

  • One-on-one coaching for people who want precision and flexibility.

    Personal training is fully individualized and scheduled around your life. Every session has a purpose, and your progress is tracked and adjusted over time.

    Includes:

    • Individualized programming

    • Dedicated coaching sessions

    • Progress tracking & adjustments

    • Support between sessions as needed

    Investment:
    $150/month — 2 sessions per week
    +$75/month for each additional training day per week

  • Custom training for small groups, teams, or individuals who want to train together with structure.
